Hi All, As I sit here sipping my gigantic post-gym smoothie, I thought it would be a delectable recipe to share with all of you, not to mention a refreshing way to beat this summer heat! Banana-Mango Smoothie Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas ( I prefer 1 fresh & 3 frozen) 1 fresh, ripe mango 2 handfuls organic, frozen mango pieces Water, to desired consistency (I recommend starting with less) Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until creamy, and enjoy!
